Contracts Manager

The Role:
To maintain the rights of the company Technically and Commercially in a contractual and professional way.
1. Establish the Tender Submission Strategy & ensure the tender submission & related formalities are completed.
2. Review the direct cost & indirect cost prepared by Estimator (s) in view of Tender and Contract documents.
3. Responsible to review the conditions of contract, related commercial/legal documents & communicate with the client/consultant for any amendments in (Pre/Post) Tender.
4. To review & approve quantity take-off carried out by in-house/specialized outside Quantity Surveyor.
5. To develop & maintain professional relationship with the clients, consultants & concerned Local authorities.
6. Implement & monitor the concerned department work process & make necessary changes depending on the evaluation/findings.
7. Responsible to review budget variance analysis & cost control.
8. To build a culture which encourages team work, rewards performance, and supports career growth and capability building of employees in the company.

Educational Qualifications & Experience Profile:
Diploma or BSC in civil engineering with minimum 10 years experience in different type of building and civil engineering projects.

Competencies/Skills/Others:
1. Thorough Contractual knowledge of (FIDIC) and liaise with clients, sub-contractor and consultants.
2. Excellent leadership skills Strong quantitative and analytical ability.
3. Should have good organizational skills and initiative.
4. Strong customer orientation with ability to balance tactical and strategic initiatives.
5. Excellent communication skills.

Male Nurse

 The Role:
To Assess vital parameters and closely diagnose the illness, injury or trauma and take the history from the Patient about his complaint.
1. Provide First-Aid depending upon his illness, injury or trauma and shift the patient to Hospital if necessary with full set up and Coordinate with the nearest hospital for further or prolonged treatment.
2. Maintain all the records of first aid cases, medical treatment cases, LTI (Lost time incident) cases and prepare Health Reports for future reference and insurance purpose.
3. Conduct Health awareness programs and First Aid training program to educate employees and to prevent accidents at workplace.
4. Prepare monthly First Aid box checklist and give request for required items in order to maintain required stock for the Clinic at all time.
5. Reporting to HSE Manager and providing all inputs related to health and fitness of workers


Educational Qualifications & Experience Profile:
Must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Nursing along with 2 years experience
OR
Diploma General Nursing and Midwifery OR Psychiatry along with 4.
Competencies/Skills/Others:
1. Candidates with experience in Trauma and accident unit with Basic Life Support (BLS ).
2. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Training will be preferred.
3. Must possess adequate knowledge of English and the native languages of the majority workers.(Asian expats).
4. Basic computer capabilities in MS office.
5. Excellent communication skills.

QA/QC Engineer

The Role:
Activating and managing the Project Quality Plans with QA/QC Manager in order to meet client’s specifications in accordance to the contractual and statutory requirements.
1. To check and control all possible errors at all stages of Design and production in order to recognize mistakes before the elements are casted.
2. To ensure the fabrication and reinforcement for daily casting of elements according to Shop drawings.
3. To review all kinds of drawings and get it rectified for casting of elements to ensure that it is according to the standards.
4. Documenting all inspections and tests on performance as required by Project Quality plan & maintain good quality of the product in all aspect to ensure the Company standard and specifications for all project has been followed.
5. Interact with Supervisors and Foremen to have deficiency corrected before producing products.

Educational Qualifications & Experience Profile:
Must have Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 4 years experience preferably in Precast/construction industry. UAE experience preferred. Must posses Basic computer skills in MS Office and AutoCAD.

1. Must have excellent and professional communication skills in English and must be able to handle situations diplomatically.
2. Must possess enthusiasm and initiative, must be able to prioritize and should be well-organize.
